"Dear Heavenly Father, I believe in Your Son, Jesus Christ.
I believe He is the Son of God, that He died for my sins,
and that He was buried and rose again as written in the Bible. I'm sorry for the things I've done that hurt You.
I confess I have sinned against You.
I confess Jesus as my Lord and Saviour from sin.
Forgive me for all my sins.
I ask You to fill me with the Holy Spirit now so He may take charge of my life and make me the way You want me to be. With Your ever present help,
I renounce all my sinful practices of the past.
Cleanse my heart with the precious blood
of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Write my name in Your Book of Life
and make me a child of Yours.
